Plaque description
The starting point for the London Coach & from late 18th CT. scene of social gatherings in the town & in 1831 the Russian band of grand Duchess Helene played & on the 22nd August 1840 Franz Listz gave a piano recital.
Where is this plaque located?
From the St Peter's Chapel plaque make your way back across the market square and turn right into New Street. On the left at the far end of the street is the The London Hotel Plaque.
